You must have heard of so many stories where home owners were not been given their apartments by some renowned builders and contractors. I just wonder if all of those buyers were offered some sort of solution by the builders or governing authorities. Every year, thousands of home buyers like me are getting trapped and overloaded by the ongoing housing loan EMIs. No matter your builder is going to provide you possession or not, the bank will keep on deducting money from you account on the exact same date. I would like to explain a scenario here, do share your thoughts by commenting on this post. It's mandatory that all the new home aspirants know about these scams.
Ignorance From Builder: Don't Buy Apartment In Florida If You Want To Buy A Ready To Move Flat. It's Still Being Constructed.
Builders and Dealers provide fake commitment about the possession date. Specifically, for Floridda Project By OP Chains Group, it was very clearly told to me that it's a government approved project and under any circumstance the apartments will be handed over to owners by end of October. They took 100% of the apartment cost and now it's been 8th of November 2018, till today I am getting the same excuse from their re-seller, Anupam Properties that they will talk to me after 15th of this month. They are not even able to tell me a date on which they will be giving the possession.
Now, the problem here is, being a common man, I can not do any thing about it other than just calling the concerned personnel. Every time, I call them, they share a new excuse i.e. OC certificate and all. So, this is the reason I have decided to take this issue infront of other new home buyers who are planning to buy home in Faridabaad. Don't buy in Floridda project if you are planning to buy a ready to move property. It's not a ready to move property. This project is still being constructed and even the dealers are not sure when this project is going to get delivered.
Based on my personal experience, I would recommend not to invest your hard earned money in Florida Project. None of the big real estate players like 99acres.com, magicbricks.com, makaan.com or any other real estate portals offer good guidance. These portals must provide an option where home buyers can express their personal experiences online.
